Game Rules

1. Select a Colour Each:

Divide the pieces into the two colours.

2. Take Turns Placing Pieces:

Linking each piece to the others already placed.

3. To Win Instantly:

Link 5 of your colour pieces in a straight row to instantly win, and the game ends.

4. The End of a Game:

If all the pieces have been played and there are no 5-in-a-rows, the winner is the player with the most 4-in-a-rows. If both players have the same number of 4-in-a-rows, it is a draw.

(In the example, blue wins with more 4-in-a-rows)

TIPS

- You have to think of attack and defence at the same time

- Think at least a few moves ahead

- Be careful of your opponents open-ended 3-in-a-rows
